How far are the villas from the beach?+
Villa Azur has direct beachfront access — you step straight from the terrace onto the sand. Villa Soleil and Villa Corail are within a 2-minute walk of Mont Choisy beach, one of Mauritius' most beautiful stretches of coastline.
Do all villas have a private pool?+
Yes. Every J Group villa has its own private pool. Villa Azur features an infinity pool designed to frame the ocean. Villa Soleil has a garden pool surrounded by tropical planting. Villa Corail has a pool with panoramic ocean views from its elevated position.
How many guests can each villa accommodate?+
Each villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. For larger groups or special events, please contact us directly and we can discuss arrangements across multiple villas.
What is included in the rental price?+
Every stay includes: exclusive use of the villa, private pool, daily housekeeping, a welcome hamper of local produce, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and access to our concierge service. Airport transfers, a private chef, and island excursions are available at an additional cost.
Can I arrange a private chef?+
Absolutely. Our concierge team can arrange a private chef to prepare breakfast, dinner, or a full meal plan for the duration of your stay. Mauritian cuisine, international menus, or a combination — just let us know your preferences.
What is the minimum stay?+
The minimum stay is 3 nights. For peak season (December–January and July–August), a 7-night minimum applies. We recommend booking well in advance for these periods as the villas fill up quickly.
How do I book and what is the payment process?+
Send us an enquiry via our contact form or by phone. We will confirm availability and send a personalised quote within 24 hours. To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit the full balance. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Do you arrange airport transfers?+
Yes. Our concierge team can arrange private airport transfers from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport to your villa. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Please share your flight details when booking and we will handle the rest.
Are the villas suitable for children?+
Yes, our villas are family-friendly. We can arrange baby cots, highchairs, and pool safety equipment on request. Please mention any requirements when making your enquiry.
